Jacksons Lane Arts Centre and Theatre spent lockdown being transformed in a multi-million pound refurbishment funded by the lottery and Haringey council. Alamesa joined the project at Jacksons Lane in March of 2022, taking on the food & beverage operation throughout the multifunctional space. With the cafe come theatre bar by night, plus many and varied events to cater for (from children’s birthdays and barmitzvah’s to wedding catering) there is nothing Alamesa can’t provide within the space.

Alamesa have gone from strength to strength within the space, bringing a fantastic array of fresh, seasonal salads, outrageously indulgent toasties, expertly locally roasted coffee, mouthwatering pastries and homemade cakes. The cafe blends seamlessly into the theatre bar when shows are on, with draught beer supplied by 5Points and a wine list co-curated with the outstanding Liberty Wines- the choices on offer far exceed the usual warm white wine of most theatre bars!

From children’s birthday parties of 15 to weddings for up to 120 people in the breathtaking first floor event space Studio 1, Alamesa have created outstanding menus to go with any occasion- Joe revels in working with you to create the perfect bespoke menu for your special day. Whether it be vegan street food, a full Sunday roast or a middle eastern feast for the masses, the only thing more enjoyable than the creation of the meals is the eating! All dietary requirements can be catered for upon request.
With event catering being at the heart of Alamesa, Jacksons Lane’s stunning Studio 1 is a true hidden gem on the North London events space scene.
